Another Day

Just when you think things couldn't get worse...they get much worse. My job is rapidly becoming more than my mind and body can handle. I just want to teach people! I want to go in my classroom and teach my kiddos and enjoy their quirky personalities. But this year is falling apart and there is nothing I can do to stop it. There is nothing I can do to prevent it. I am caught up in a tidal wave of chaos. I am just praying that a new opportunity at a new school will come along next year.

On a lighter note, Kenny did another funny thing tonight. He was sitting next to me on the couch, reading his "Thomas magazine" (cataloge). Suddenly he spit on his hands and rubbed it together. I asked him what on earth he was doing and he said, "Washing my hands."

Nathan also stepped in poop (don't ask.) He was so freaked out that he hysterically cried even after I washed him off. He wouldn't put his feet back down on the floor. I just held him and rocked while he sobbed out, "All clean. All clean. All clean." I have to say, after potty training Kenny, it is nice to have a kiddo who is freaked out by poop.
