We spent the morning sleeping in and planting gardenia bushes. I now have 3 gardenias right next to our back door. I love the smell in the summer time. It is so fragrant and beautiful. We did some yard work (mow the grass). And I tried to treat our poor orange tree. It's been struggling for a year now. I'm pretty sure it dies over the winter, but I'm not ready to give up hope. After a quick nap, we headed off to the aquarium.
My boys LOVE the fish! The sting rays came right up to the glass where the boys were and nosed at them. The penguins did the same thing. They were squealing with delight at being so close to the animals and having them "play" with them in the tanks.
This is the full moon over the beach. It was just to beautiful to miss.
