Awww.....aren't they cute. We had a great day. We all vacated the house this morning so Ken could get some boat picture editing done without us bugging him. We went to my friend Jean's house. She has kids that my kids really like to play with and Jean is awesome to hang out with. We had so much fun! After coming home, Nathan took a nap and Kenny and I headed out to Target to get s few pairs of shorts and shirts for summer. Their current sizes are:
Kenny: pants-4T, shirts- 5T or boys XS
Nathan: pants-12-18 months, shirts- 3T
The shirts are pretty baggy on both of them, but the next size down is a little to tight. I had a nice time shopping with Kenny by himself. He was still "racing" all over the store and I had to call him Lightening McQueen to get him to respond to me, but his running around is much easier to contain without Nathan.
We got home and headed out to the backyard to play for a little bit. That's when I took the picture above. I didn't pose that either. They hug each other all the time. So cute!!!

I left at about 5:00 with some friends to go to the rodeo. I was a little skeptical about going because I had never been to a major rodeo or seen a live concert, but Tara convinced me (thanks Tara)! I had a blast!! I always knew I kinda liked rodeos, but I realized last night that I'm really into it. I don't even have a favorite event- loved them all! I was intently watching the scoreboards and cheering on the competitors- it was great! Following the awesome rodeo action is a concert. Our rodeo draws some big names. Last night I saw Fergie. It was a good show. I was fairly unfamiliar with her music because I listen to country if I listen to the radio, but she is quite the entertainer. And for my Utah Guitar Hero family- she did Barracuda.
Overall I had the fabulous day. My boys had a great time playing with friends and I learned I am a rodeo fanatic. We are going to take the boys either tomorrow or Friday to the livestock shows. I really think they will love it!
