One of the great things about having kids is that by adding the word "party" to the end of anything makes it extra special.We got a few of the Star Wars Clone Wars cartoons on Netflix. It was Saturday and I told the boys we had a lot of work to do, but if they worked hard we could have a Clone Wars party that night.
They happily did everything I asked them to do and when night came, they got their party.
The party consisted of making their own ice cream sundaes, wearing pajamas, and watching the movie. Nothing very far from normal. Nothing that cost extra money. But the kids were giddy about it and it served as an awesome motivator to keep them crackin' all day.

Hmm...just add the word party eh? This is the best idea ever! Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go inform Cassie about the 52" Sony Bravia Party we are having next week!
Great idea! I don't think Cassie is going to fall for it as easily as the boys though.
Apparently I have the intelligence of a six year old...hmmmm
Good one. I"ll have to keep that in mind. The problem is, if I mention we're doing something I have to do it right now or else I"m in trouble.
