Let me just say this girls clothes thing is getting out of hand! I have always been fairly okay with the fact that there are more girls clothing choices than boy. There are many more styles and color choices for girls than boys. But the current way the stores are stocked is ridiculous!!
This is absolutely not an exaggeration. We went to Wal-mart to get some blue jeans for Nathan. There were 3...only 3 racks of boys clothes in the entire section. There were about 20 girl racks. And there were 2 racks of jeans for girls...not A SINGLE rack for boys jeans ANYWHERE.
Target...same story.
And at least half of the shirts you do find have some rude-ish comment or a picture of a dump truck throwing up dirt or some other stupid picture.
Really people. Little boys deserve to have clothes too.
(I realize only people with sons can truly appreciate the frustration of trying to dress them in more than cargo pants and t-shirts with weird sayings and pictures on it. If you have girls, count your blessings next time you go clothes shopping.)

Sorry. You should maybe try Kohls. Fairly similar prices...much larger selection. Or possibly Old Navy but they may be a little more pricey. Good luck.
I hear ya! But like your other comment person, you should try Old Navy, Children's Place, and (gasp!) Gymboree. If you have the time, try shoppping for clothes at the end of the season a size bigger than your boys are currently in to wear the next year and you can get cuter nicer boy clothes for as cheap as Target. It is one of my few thrills in life--to find cute nice boy clothes for super cheap!
Try Carters, evertyhing is always half off, it lasts forever and the store is half and half!!!!
I agree with you to a degree...
For little boys and little girls I would say that is true but of baby girls I think it is not.
THERE ARE NO color choices for baby girls cloths. And if you dont dress you baby girl in PINK then everyone thinks that she is a boy!!! baby boys can wear whatever color that want to but girls HAVE to wear pink. I HATE IT!!! However, Thank you to everyone that bought cloths for Norah this last week. WE are SOOOOOO happy to get suck cute cloths that are not 100% pink. in fact you all did great on getting things that are different colors yet still girly, I dont know how you did it but THANKS!
I mean "sucH cute cloths" not "sucK cute cloths"
Oh, I completely understand!!! I have always had problems with the fact that there are NO boys clothes anywhere. My mom shops at the Carter's Outlet, and I love that she buys Weston clothes, but they are always kind of "babyish", you know, lions and turtles, etc. She has really started to notice how I dress him... sort of preppy-sporty-skater. I love the Children's Place. I shop online with one of my frieds and have it shipped to work (shipping is only $5 no matter how large the order.) So, mom's buying sports-themed and lots of hoodie sweatshirts. And I'm buying polo shirts for $1.99 and putting long sleeve white onesies under them. everything with jeans or comfy pants. Good luck kids... you're going to have to start shopping out of the comfort zone.
I agree with the Kohls comment - at least for pants. H is a lean dude and I got several pairs of reasonably priced adjustable waist pants for him this year there. At least you won't have to find non-hoochie girls clothes in 5-10 years!
I agree that alot of the boys clothes do have rude things on them. My school doesn't have a dress code and I am shocked at all the rude things my students' shirts say. I don't like what it teaches them.
