Family Game Show

Since I am nursing we are watching much more t.v. than usual. After dinner and before bedtime the Wheel of Fortune comes on. We have started watching this as a family every night. Kenny is the driving force behind this. When it starts getting dark, he starts asking when The Wheel will be on. We have a great time watching together. Nathan gets into pointing out the letters, and Kenny likes watching the money add up and identifying parts of words that he knows (for example, tonight one of the words had I_G at the end and Kenny said, "That word has an -ing in it.") Daddy and I like to beat each other to solve the puzzle. It's nice to have a calm time before bed. And the boys like to play pretend Wheel of Fortune. Kenny even buildt a wheel out of legos- complete with Star Wars people for the players.
