Sorry it has been awhile. Ken has been on the computer working with his flight simulator. Since his training is more important than my love for blogging, I figure I had better just wait.
I sent the boys out to play in the backyard on Tuesday. I set up the pool and pulled some weeds while the boys played. After about 45 minutes Nathan wanted to go inside. I took him in to dress him and left Kenny outside. I looked out the upstairs window about 5 minutes later and saw Kenny racing wildly around the backyard naked as a jaybird! He was picking up his bathing suit and throwing it around like a ball. Ken and I watched him and laughed for a few minutes. It was hilarious to see him running around so happy and free. I called out the window and he looked up and energetically waved "Hi Mommy!" I asked him where his swimming pants were and he looked both ways with a confused look. Then he looked down and back up laughing.
What is it with little kids and being naked? Nathan squeals with delight and runs all around upstairs before I track him down and dump in the bath. I love to see my kids filled with youthful innocence. It's very endearing.
And before anyone panics, we sat Kenny down and explained to him that taking off his clothes and running around was not a modest choice.
