
So we went to the Korean market and ordered this noodle dish. The noodles were cold and gray in color. They were also a bit long (see below).

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical. Ken stirred this hot sauce into the noodles. They were actually very good. Of course, he had no trouble chowing down with this chops ticks. For those of us who were deficient in tiny-wood-stick usage had a hard time. These noodles were not made to be twirled onto a fork like spaghetti. The noodles were also very sticky. Poor Nathan was struggled with this one pesky noodle that was stuck all over his hand and wrist. Kenny tried the pile it fast into his mouth approach. We had a good time. I love hearing Ken speak in Korean to Koreans. They get so flustered at the tall white guy who speaks their language.
